Our returns policy is as follows: We aim to please, so If you ordered ColloidalSilver or Hydrogen Peroxide, let us know if the package arrives damaged!

Delivery Timeframes
Goodsare sent Mon-Fri each week. You can typically expect a First Class delivery toarrive within 2-5 days of posting and the vast majority of deliveries do arrivewell within this timeframe, however, it can sometimes take longer. If your itemdoes not arrive, please be patient. We will not consider a First Class parcellost until

If the item does not turn up
